EPA maintains a searchable list of properties issued with an environmental audit under part IXD of the Environment Protection Act 1970.
Environmental audit reports are statutory documents and are issued after a statutory environmental audit of a property or site has been conducted under the Act. Statutory environmental audits can only be conducted within the requirements of section 53, part IXD of the Act, by persons appointed as environmental auditors under section 53S(1) of the Act.
When using the audit search tool, please note that:
- the list includes s53X audits issued since the commencement of the audit system in 1990
- the list includes s53V audits issued since January 2014
- site addresses are listed as current at the date of audit
- in rare cases, more than one audit may apply to a property.
Not all audit report content may be visible at any given time. Please contact EPA if particular, searched audit reports are not available.
